Medikas COVID-19 Update

 

A MESSAGE TO OUR PATIENTS AND FRIENDS REGARDING SERVICES PROVIDED DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Dear Patients, Friends and Colleagues,

Medikas is now open, offering full services and are now happy to take bookings for appointments.

Medikas remains COVID-19 Secure.

For new patients and depending on the treatment, we can offer a remote consultation. Following this assessment we can then arrange a suitable appointment for the clinic.

Please be aware that for any appointments with Dr Beatriz Molina, we do charge a £50 holding deposit for any appointments booked which can be redeemed against the treatment on the day. All we ask is that you give us two working days notice for any cancellation of these appointments.

What We Are Doing For You!!

  • Covid-19 Risk Assessment has been conducted in both clinics
  • Covid-19 protocols developed from Risk Assessment in line with Department of Health and our regulatory body advice to protect both staff and patients
  • Additional hygiene protocols in place for cleaning between patients
  • Full PPE provided to staff to protect both staff and patients. Staff will continue to wear masks
  • We are limiting the number of patients in the clinic at any one time, minimising potential contact
  • We have invested in a number of SaniSpace systems in the clinics, purifying the air and help preventing the spread of bacteria and virus
  • We have instigated a new arrival procedure for patients so as to minimise contact between other patients

What You Can Do For Us!!

  • Please ensure you arrive on time and not too early. We are looking to minimise the number of patients in the clinic at any one time.
  • Masks are no longer mandatory and it is down to the individual if they prefer to continue to wear a mask in the clinic. 
  • Please ring the door bell and our staff will be with you quickly to open the door.
  • On occasions, we may call you and ask you to wait before entering the clinic if there is a delay for any reason.

 

IMPORTANT!!!

If you are suffering from any of the following symptoms, please do not enter the clinic:

Fever
New Persistent Dry Cough
Shortness of Breath
Loss of Smell or Taste

It is important that you follow UK Government Guidelines.
Please call the clinic to let us know and we will be happy to rearrange
your appointment for a later date.
